Mr.Shantibhai Mehta		   Mr. Shanti Mehta, one of the partners of D.Navin started with diamond trading over 45 years back.Since then, he has been engaged in sales and marketing activities. He also overlooks administration and financial aspects of the business.

He along with Mr. Navin Mehta have come a long way from starting a small unit for marketing diamonds to setting up various international offices all over the world.

His contribution to the diamond industry on the whole has brought him a very well known and respectable name in the industry.
 
 
 

Mr. Navin Mehta		   Mr. Navin Mehta, one of the Senior partners of D.Navin has over 40 years experience in the diamond industry. In 1971, he started with marketing polished diamonds. The group diversified into jewellery manufacturing and trading under his surveillance in 1990.

He is the President of the Mumbai’s Diamond Merchant Association and a member of Diamond Panel Committee of the Gems & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC)

He is also the President of the SEEPZ Jewellery units’ Association.

Currently is committed to various social activities.
 
 
 

Mr. Ajesh Mehta		   Ajesh Mehta, son of Navin Mehta, and one of the partners of D. Navin, started his diamond training in1987. In 1991 he completed a Jewellery manufacturing course at GIA (California).  He later contributed to the setting up of the group’s first Jewellery unit in SEEPZ in 1992.

Presently he is based in Bombay and currently managing the global polished sales and financial aspect of Diamond Division.
 
 
 

Mr.Samir Mehta		   Samir Mehta, son of Shanti Mehta, started his training in diamond at D. Navin in 1984.

From 1987 to 1993, he looked into manufacturing and sourcing of diamonds.

He is a partner at D.Navin, based in Mumbai and handles  Manufacturing of polished diamonds
 
 
 

Mr. Manoj Mehta		   Manoj Mehta started working with D.Navin from 1975 onwards.

In 1980 he moved to Antwerp and looked after sourcing & trading of rough diamonds for the group.
